We're looking for a Production Assistant to be the backbone of our production team—ensuring our designs come to life on time, on budget, and with precision. You'll coordinate between designers, sales, and factories, track every detail, and make sure production runs smoothly from start to finish. What You'll Do Be the communication hub: manage emails with factories and suppliers to keep production on track. Support the Production Manager by acting as the bridge between customers and factories—sharing designs, production schedules, cost estimates, and work orders. Review customer orders or buy sheets and issue clear instructions to factories for bulk production. Analyze materials, textiles, and production costs to recommend the most efficient and cost-effective strategies. Maintain and update production data, generating reports for management. Track production progress, follow up with vendors, and ensure deadlines are met. Assist in creating costing sheets and collaborating with designers and sales to finalize pricing. Communicate with overseas vendors daily to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations. Who You Are 1–5 years' experience in the apparel industry. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and handles pressure with a sense of urgency. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at multi-tasking. A team player who can also take initiative and work independently. Flexible, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving. Strong time management, follow-up skills, and commitment to accuracy.     Payrate $50-55 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday - 7am-5:30pm (8 hour shift only) hours vary depending on procedures Location: Peabody, MA Duration: This is a direct hire role with benefits Report to one facility. Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Surgical Technologist to join our clinical team. This role is essential to the success of our surgical outcomes, requiring a professional who can seamlessly transition between high-level scrub duties, sterile processing, and efficient room turnover. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and maintains a high standard of patient safety and aseptic technique. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Operating Room Support Scrub Duties: Assist the RN in implementing patient care plans and perform scrub duties under direct supervision. Aseptic Excellence: Maintain strict aseptic technique and follow all standard precautions and infection control policies. Surgeon Support: Anticipate surgeon needs; provide instruments, supplies, and equipment safely and efficiently. Patient Safety: Assist in positioning and transporting patients, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times. Case Prep: Set up the OR, wipe down surfaces, and assemble/check equipment for proper functioning. Instrumentation Sterile Processing Decontamination: Perform proper decontamination and processing of instrumentation for sterilization following AAMI standards. Maintenance: Wrap instruments, fold towels, and sterilize equipment according to manufacturer and AAMI guidelines. Supply Management: Monitor use of counted items (sponges/sharps) and assist the circulating nurse in counts and discrepancy alerts. Case Carts: Pull and check case carts for the current and following day's procedures. Departmental Operations Inventory Control: Track supplies, place and receive orders, and stock wall closets, warming closets, and anesthesia carts. Turnover: Clean and turn over the room after cases; transport tables to decontamination and prep the room for the next day. Leadership Support: In the absence of the Lead Tech, coordinate with sales personnel for repairs/exchanges and ensure PO pricing accuracy. Administrative: Assist PACU with chart preparation and distribute daily schedules. Qualifications Education: High school diploma (or equivalent) and graduate of an approved Surgical Technologist certification program. Experience: 1–3 years of Operating Room experience. Orthopedics experience is required. * Preference: Previous experience in an Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) is a significant plus. Technical Skills: Working knowledge of office software, Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and medical terminology. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with HIPAA, insurance regulations, and standard medical office protocols. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
