    Join our nurturing team at The Goddard School of East Cobb/Marietta as a Toddler Assistant Teacher! In this rewarding position, you will help shape young minds while fostering a love for learning in a safe and engaging environment.

    Responsibilities:
    Assist the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans.Engage toddlers in interactive activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.Provide a safe and clean environment for children to explore and learn.Support daily routines including meals, nap time, and transitions.Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and well-being.Maintain classroom organization and prepare materials for activities.Observe and document children's development and behavior.Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.Requirements:
    High school diploma or equivalent; CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.Previous experience working with toddlers or in a childcare setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for early childhood education and child development.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.Background check clearance required.Positive attitude and a nurturing demeanor.About Us:
