Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Support and lead team members during peak service hours.
Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly address guest concerns.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency in line with brand standards.
Train, coach, and motivate staff to maintain a positive and productive team environment.
Help manage staff scheduling, shift coverage, and timekeeping.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant in compliance with health regulations.
Assist with inventory control, ordering, and vendor communication.
Collaborate with the General Manager to meet sales targets and control costs.
Step in to perform any team member role as needed to keep service flowing smoothly.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in restaurant supervision or management, preferably in a fast-casual or short-order kitchen environment.
Familiarity with Mediterranean cuisine is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
ServSafe or local food safety certification (or willingness to obtain).
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

· Collaborate with the accounting team to recognize, capture, and act on revenue opportunities
· Participate in the preparation and/or review of business income tax returns, with the ability to assist in individual income tax preparation as needed
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred but not required)
· 8+ years of experience in a Public Accounting Firm including several years of substantive interaction with business clients.
· Technologically savvy with advanced knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook), and Adobe Acrobat DC
· Working knowledge of basic tax preparation and workpapers; familiarity with Thomson Reuters Ultra Tax a plus
· Experience leading and mentoring accounting teams
· Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
