    Join The Gainey Agency as a remote Customer Service / Insurance Agent. This 100% virtual position delivers client-focused service, identifies appropriate life insurance and related financial solutions, and supports policy servicing while contributing to team sales performance. The role offers flexibility, training, and a clear path for professional growth.


    Key responsibilities


    Conduct inbound and outbound client outreach to assess needs and present suitable insurance products.

    Explain product features, policy details, underwriting requirements, and premium options clearly and accurately.

    Support policy maintenance tasks, including endorsements, beneficiary updates, and basic claims assistance while maintaining accurate records.

    Build and maintain long-term client relationships through timely, professional communication and follow-up.

    Document client interactions and outcomes in the CRM and adhere to established compliance and quality standards.

    Collaborate with colleagues to refine sales strategies, share best practices, and meet team goals.

    Participate in ongoing training to remain current on products, regulations, and market trends.

    Minimum qualifications


    U.S. residency and legal authorization to work remotely from within the United States.

    At least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check.

    Active life insurance license preferred; willingness to obtain required licenses (assistance provided) acceptable.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.

    Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.

    Proficiency with standard business technology (phone systems, video conferencing, CRM software) and ability to maintain accurate digital records.

    Preferred experience


    Previous sales, tele-sales, or insurance customer service experience.

    Familiarity with CRM tools, outbound calling best practices, and remote sales processes.
