Job Summary

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standardsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulationsHandle food with proper hygiene practices, including food handling and knife skillsPlate dishes attractively and efficiently for serviceSupport catering events and special functions as neededCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operationsMonitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to managementEnsure all food preparation meets safety and sanitation standardsSkills
