    What You’ll Do

    Install, repair, and restore traditional slate, tile and copper roofing systems

    Work with natural slate, clay tile, copper flashing, and related materials

    Maintain safe, professional job sites and follow company safety standards

    Travel to job sites locally and throughout the US with paid travel time and logistics support provided

    What We’re Looking For

    1+ years roofing experience (any type)

     Knowledge of  roofing installation, repair techniques, and flashing details is preferred

    Comfort working at heights using ladders, lifts, and scaffolding

    Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

    Valid driver’s license with no more than 4 points (preferred), ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check required

    Commitment to quality craftsmanship, safety, and professionalism

    Compensation

    $23–$40+/hr. based on skill and experience

    Performance-based advancement opportunities

    Historic Carpenter Description/Job Summary

    Minimum Years and Type of Experience
    3+ years of Historic Carpentry

    The Historic Carpenter is responsible for the preservation/restoration efforts of their assigned scope of work. The Historic Carpenter will support the In-charge or Project foreman by effectively communicating their needs for each assigned task, if any and deliver uncompromising quality. 

    Valid Drivers License preferred but not requiredMust be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen, including random drug screens after employment starts Must be willing to travel at times

    The Durable Restoration Company is now hiring an International Construction Project Manager.  We are looking for someone who is able to Project Manage oversees, onsite at our new construction project in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.  

    CORE REQUIREMENTS

    Must have at least a 2 year degree in construction/project management, architecture, engineering or equivalent field experience or prior experience in construction management administration or architectural training.Must be experienced with submittals, the submittal process, shop drawings, product data, RFI's, change orders, pay apps, and other construction administration.Must be able to read and understand spec books and blue prints.Must have a working knowledge of BIM construction software.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.Must be willing to travel for extended trips (2-3 weeks per trip)Able to communicate effectively and professionally.Able to work as part of a team as well as independently.Able to problem solve through research and solution oriented.We are a state certified drug free company.
