    What You’ll Do

    Be the first point of contact: Greet clients, answer questions, and ensure a seamless check-in experience.Educate & recommend: Share the benefits of our IV therapy and wellness services, helping clients select the best options for their needs.Promote memberships & services: Offer retail products and cross-sell services to enhance the client experience.Facilitate client onboarding: Ensure all new clients complete required waivers, agreements, and profiles for a smooth and professional introduction to our services.Support sales & operations: Play a key role in driving store performance by assisting with sales, tracking key metrics, and maintaining operational efficiency.Administer non-medical wellness services: Provide and oversee non-medical treatments to enhance the client experience.Deliver an exceptional customer experience: Build lasting client relationships and create a welcoming, engaging environment.Engage in community outreach: Assist in lead generation, attend community events, contribute to social media efforts, and serve as a brand ambassador to strengthen local partnerships.Maintain a safe and inviting space: Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all wellness and safety protocols.What We’re Looking For

We provide our clients with the freshest, highest quality intravenous and intramuscular vitamin drips that deliver essential nutrients at the cellular level for maximum absorption in a day spa environment.
    Our company is seeking enthusiastic, positive, healthy, and friendly nurses to deliver intravenous and intramuscular vitamins to support the health and wellness of our clients.

    Our clients are interested in health support, anti-aging, improving energy and mental sharpness. They are not waiting to get sick; they are working to stay well. In addition to health maintenance, we support many individuals battling through chronic illnesses such as cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, cognitive impairment, and other challenging conditions that are only partially addressed by conventional western medicine.
    Job Duties:

    Prepare Intravenous (IV) & Intramuscular (IM) vitamins for administration with appropriate technique following USP 797 CompliancePerforms venipuncture, placement of peripheral IV’s (must have 90% first time stick rate)Monitor client while infusion is taking placeEducates clients on the benefits of our IV Drips and IM ingredientsTrains all new RN hires and maintains on-going trainingConducts in-person interviews for all nurse candidatesManages the schedules of part-time nursesUtilizes blood tests to assist clients in wellness decisionsPromotes memberships and additional services based on client wellness goalsMaintain supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job resultsClean and maintain infusion room & sterile hoodDocumenting therapy details in client’s charts using electronic health recordsVarious office and customer service duties to include but not limited to: scheduling appointments, verifying the correct forms are filled out and complete, reviewing health history forms, and providing excellent customer serviceConsult and coordinate with our medical director when necessary on standing orders to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient IV or injection therapy plansParticipates in off-site promotional events and special projectsBe able to function in the heat of emergency and act according to protocol
    Requirements:

    Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, Registered NurseMust possess VERY strong IV peripheral skills (90% first time stick rate)Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered NurseMinimum of 2 years current nursing experience; infusion therapy, including patient assessment skills, venous access skillsBSL certification currentExcellent interpersonal, communication and organization skillsAvailability to work Monday-Friday 10am - 6pm Working Conditions:

    May work around usual office and outpatient conditions (including events). During busy periods, may require long periods of time standing and/or walking and administering multiple IVs and injections at a time. Must be able to chart accurately and in a timely fashion.     Our company is seeking enthusiastic, positive, healthy, and friendly nurses to deliver intravenous and intramuscular vitamins to support the health and wellness of our clients.

    Our clients are interested in health support, anti-aging, improving energy and mental sharpness. They are not waiting to get sick; they are working to stay well. In addition to health maintenance, we support many individuals battling through chronic illnesses such as cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, cognitive impairment, and other challenging conditions that are only partially addressed by conventional western medicine.

    Our nurses will need to assess a patient's health, as well as detect changes in symptoms, health or pain, and will need to know when action is necessary. They will be sympathetic to a clients needs and be able to interact with people in various mental and physical health states. The right candidate will be confident, outgoing, and have a nursing philosophy supportive of the complementary, client-centered therapies that we deliver. Our nurses administer IV vitamin infusions and work with specific protocols, so attention to detail is crucial. Our nurses will face multiple patients, with differing needs and stages of health. Being organized and knowing how to prioritize is a must.

    Job Duties:

    Requirements:
