    Coho Consulting Group is seeking a skilled Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) provides end-to-end instructional design support to leadership development and Organizational Development (OD) initiatives within a federal environment.     Training Lifecycle Management

    Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives and requirementsDevelop curriculum maps and learning paths aligned to workforce development goalsSupport implementation of training programs, including coordination with facilitators and stakeholdersEvaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics; recommend improvements

    Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
