Job Description This assignment provides project coordination, business operations, and administrative support to the Public Policy Institute, including the following responsibilities: Support preparation of the annual work plan proposal and budget authorization materials Create, update, and maintain operational processes and work plans to support ongoing operations, special projects, and evolving business needs Provide meeting support, including scheduling, agenda development, meeting summaries, and action-item tracking for follow-up Develop and maintain content for internal SharePoint sites Provide event management support for both virtual and in-person events Provide speaking engagement and presentation support, including preparing PowerPoint slides and talking points Manage administrative tasks such as calendar coordination, meeting logistics, expense reimbursements, travel arrangements, invoice processing, and procurement activities.
