We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Sanitation Associate to join our team, 25-30 hours per week. As a Sanitation Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within our warehouse, ensuring a safe environment for food handling and storage. Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize all areas of the warehouse, including food storage areas, packing stations, equipment, restrooms and common areas.Follow and enforce all sanitation policies and procedures according to food safety regulationsPerform routine inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety standardsPerform routine walk-through of entire facility to ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety standardsManage waste disposal and recycling processesReport any sanitation violations or safety hazards to managementAssist with the training of new staff on sanitation practicesCollaborate with other team members to ensure overall cleanliness and organizationRequirements

Represents the Common Market at the Frederick Keys Stadium as a concession vendor crew member for the season, April through end of August (partial time frames accepted). Follows all Common Market policies, code of conduct and values along with the Frederick Keys standards and training. Utilizes POS system to process transactions efficiently, entering all accepted tenders accurately. Handles all product in a safe, sanitary, and conscientious manner.Removes trash, compost and recyclables promptly.Performs opening and closing tasks including cleaning/sanitizing equipment, surfaces and floors.Ensures displays, signage, and tags are accurate.Participates in maintaining cleanliness and order.Adheres to Health Department regulations and department sanitation and safety procedures.Must complete provided and paid for Alcohol Awareness and Tips Training.
