YOUR DAY:
As a Sales Specialist - Production Coordinator, you will help make sure our sales and production teams work well together. You will check and update schedules, keep records organized, and make sure information in our computer systems is correct. You will talk to customers and coworkers to keep everyone on the same page. You will also help with reports, attend meetings, and learn to use tools like ServiceTitan. As you learn and show what you can do, you'll get to take on more responsibility and help improve how we work as a company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of administrative, operations, scheduling, dispatching, project coordination, or office support experienceExperience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing prioritiesExperience coordinating between multiple departments or teamsExperience managing detailed records, documentation, and follow-up tasksProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience using CRM software and/or operational management systemsAbility to learn and navigate ServiceTitan or similar field service softwarePreferred:

Pay: This job pays a salary of $42,000-$49,000/year, plus bonuses, and is based in our office.
Schedule: This job is full-time, Monday through Friday, starting at 7:30 a.m. You will work in the office, and your evenings and weekends will be free.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As a Sales Representative - Chimney Educator, your day begins with a sales meeting at 7:30 AM, where you'll receive updates and ongoing training. After the meeting, you'll head out to meet with 2 - 5 clients throughout the day. Your main tasks will involve conducting inspections, educating clients on necessary repairs, and providing estimates using a tape measure and iPad. In the evenings, you'll follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met.
