WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Work with design team to create knockout color and digital presentations to welcome and inspire prospective and current clients
• Develop physical material boards
• Provide detail using Revit for construction documents
• Coordinate drawings, construction documents and specification books
• Assist in answering RFIs and submittals, including material and research
• Secure estimates, check stock and pricing on materials, enter orders
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
• 5 years design experience
• Experience with Revit, CAD, Photoshop, Studio Designer, Microsoft Office Design
• Furniture experience in public spaces preferred
• Licensed Interior Designer
• Motivation, creativity, desire to work in fast-paced environment

ACCOUNT EXCUTIVE:
We’re seeking a talented, versatile Account Executive who is passionate about client relationships, accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will close client support the architectural design process and real estate transactions through the delivery and analysis of area measurements, work with design teams, analyze results, and review with stakeholders including Design team, developers, building owners and tenants.
The client facing role will provide excellent customer service and maintain excellent client relationships via communication with decision makers to uncover objectives and advise accordingly. It is important to create new relationships and work on business development. Business Development is the creation of long-term value for an organization from customers, markets and relationships. A successful Account Executive will be curious, motivated, attentive to detail, analytical, and solutions driven.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3 to 5 years direct experience in supporting new business development activities and client relationshipsCommercial Real Estate, Space Planning / Interior Design or Facility Management experience preferredProject management experience a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivator with strong organizational and intrapersonal skillsAn enthusiastic team player, passionate problem solver, and great collaboratorExperience working with minimal supervisionAbility to manage multiple deadlines and diverse project timelines in a fast-paced work environmentAbility to travel when neededAutoCAD and/or database experience a plusRESPONSIBILITIES:
Grow and maintain excellent client relationshipsProspecting new business in multifamily/ student housing developmentMaintain the Childs Dreyfus brand in written and verbal communications.Become a subject matter expert to advise and accomplish client objectivesAdvise clients on measurement standardInterpret measurement standards consistently for our clientsInteracting with national general contractors and development groups.Analyze requirements and identify possible solutions to keep projects moving forwardCoordinate client meetings and trainings, both in-person and via phone/web meeting toolsEnsure client requests are fully defined and aligned with our servicesPrepare and deliver proposals and presentations to clientsCommunicate scope requirements to project teamsPrepare and deliver client deliverables

Interior Architectural Design Firm seeking a talented and versatile Expeditor/Purchasing Agent, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Candidates will be responsible for the following.
· Support Purchasing Manager in all Procurement activities.
· Manage and update project trackers to ensure deliverables stay on track through proactive follow up and attention to detail.
Distribute weekly project status reports.
Create POs in Studio Designer and update material status.
Assist with POs by verifying accuracy of line details. Review invoices and collaborate with Finance on payments.
Vendor management.
· Track vendor orders and follow up on delivery schedules/ ETAs.
· Communicate with outside warehouse on inbound orders, delivery schedules, and Installations.
Schedule travel for job site visits for the Design Team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
