Your Role as a Lead Toddler Teacher
Create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that support toddlers' growth and curiosity.
Mentor assistant teachers and model best practices in classroom management.
Build strong partnerships with families through consistent communication.
Ensure safety and compliance with all state licensing guidelines and company standards.
Your Role as an Assistant Teacher
Support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing daily routines and learning experiences.
Provide nurturing care and encouragement to children.
Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.
Contribute to team success with flexibility and positivity.
Minimum Job Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School diploma or equivalent required (degree or ECE coursework a plus!)
Ability to meet state licensing requirements, including passing a background check

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
Assistant Teacher- $12.-73-$13.23
Lead Teacher- $14.30-$14.86
Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
