Position Summary: The forklift operator is responsible for putting away, dropping down, and rotating full pallets of stock through the warehouse inventory reserve racks using a stand-up or sit-down forklift.
What you’ll do:
Maneuver Stand-Up, High Reach, or Sit-Down Forklift to put away or let down pallets into warehouse racks up to 46 feet high. Picks/sorts and replenishes product from upper racks to front pick bins. Unloads product from trailers using forklift trucks and powered riding pallet jacks. Manually moves product from receiving dock to proper storage location. Monitors and enforces safe product handling procedures. Replenishes product from upper storage rack to lower pick bins within cooler. Monitors product quality as product is being moved. Breaks down pallets on receiving dock. Maintains cleanliness (sweep, mop, restack pallets) of receiving docks and pick bin area. Cleans and charges forklift at the end of shift. Position Summary
In this role, you will process customer support needs included but not limited to administrative tasks, order entry and communication. Collaborate with monthly sales needs while providing exceptional administrative support to the sales team. You will serve as a key point of contact for customer support, resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
