    Job DescriptionJob Description
    We’re looking for an Email Marketing Coordinator to support the execution and growth of our email marketing programs. This is a great opportunity for someone earlier in their career who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how email marketing drives customer engagement and revenue.
    In this role, you’ll help manage promotional email campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows while supporting audience segmentation, reporting, and campaign optimization. 
    This position is ideal for someone with strong execution skills who wants to grow into a broader digital marketing role over time.
    Role Responsibilities

    Campaign Execution
    Assist with the setup, scheduling, and deployment of email campaigns including promotions, newsletters, and announcementsHelp maintain the email marketing calendar and coordinate campaign timingReview emails for accuracy, formatting, links, and overall quality before deploymentSupport updates to email templates, layouts, and contentAudience & Automation Support

    Assist with audience segmentation and list management to improve targeting and engagementHelp maintain automated email workflows such as welcome emails, reminders, and re-engagement campaignsSupport ongoing list hygiene and subscriber managementPerformance Reporting

    Track key campaign metrics including opens, clicks, conversions, and unsubscribesHelp prepare regular reporting and identify basic opportunities for improvementSupport simple A/B testing efforts for subject lines, messaging, and send timesDeliverability & Best Practices
    Help monitor deliverability and list healthFollow best practices for email compliance and subscriber engagementAssist with maintaining a clean and engaged email databaseWhat We’re Looking For:
    1+ years of experience in marketing, email marketing, digital marketing, or related internship experienceFamiliarity with email platforms such as Brevo, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar toolsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesComfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting, and campaign trackingStrong written communication and organizational skillsEagerness to learn, improve, and grow within the roleNice-to-Have (Not Required)

    About the role
    CPE Inc. is seeking a results-driven PPC & Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage and optimize our paid advertising programs across key platforms. This role is responsible for building, launching, and continuously improving campaigns that drive profitable customer acquisition and revenue growth.  The ideal candidate can confidently manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn, with a strong understanding of performance measurement, conversion tracking, and budget optimization. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure ad strategy aligns with business goals, promotional priorities, and seasonal campaign planning.

    Education and/or Experience
    The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience on an e-commerce or service operation. Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business preferred.

    Key Responsibilities
    -Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across:
    ·        Google Ads (Search, PMax, and Display as applicable)
    ·        Microsoft Advertising
    ·        Meta Ads 
    ·        LinkedIn Ads 

    -Own full-funnel paid strategy including:
    ·        Campaign planning, buildout, testing, and scaling
    ·        Keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategy, and budget pacing
    ·        Landing page alignment and conversion rate improvement recommendations

    -Monitor performance daily/weekly and make adjustments to improve:
    ·        ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and revenue
    ·        Lead quality and purchase volume (where applicable)

    -Evaluate profitability and shift spend across platforms, campaigns, and product categories based on performance

    -Create and maintain reporting dashboards and insights, including:
    ·        Weekly and monthly performance summaries
    ·        Key findings, trends, and optimization recommendations

    -Ensure proper conversion tracking and analytics integrity using:
    ·        GA4 and Google Tag Manager 
    ·        Platform conversion tracking 
    ·        Troubleshooting tracking issues and discrepancies
