Compensation$23-$28/hour + Benefits
Your RoleAs a Warehouse Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operation of the warehouse through a combination of warehouse duties and administrative responsibilities. Working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor, you will help ensure shipments are accurate, inventory is organized, and warehouse documentation is maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
Shipping & Receiving
Receive, unload, inspect, and stock incoming shipmentsPick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipmentVerify incoming and outgoing products for accuracyWarehouse Operations
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safelyLoad and unload trucksMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentAssist with inventory organization and cycle countsInventory & Documentation
Complete shipping and receiving paperwork accuratelyEnter inventory transactions and maintain warehouse recordsAssist with inventory reconciliation and reportingPrepare and verify bills of lading, packing slips, and related documentationCustomer Service
Assist customers and carriers during pickups and deliveriesProvide professional and courteous service to visitors and vendorsOperational Support
