Primary Responsibilities:
Program, operate, and set-up CNC Press Brakes, including programming of machines, loading of parts, operating controls, and inspecting parts for conformance to company and customer specifications, policies and procedures.Assist with design of fixtures.Quote new and existing parts.Responsible for managing tooling and ordering new tooling as needed for jobs.Review CNC programs, inserts and tooling to minimize machining cycle times, reduce tooling costs and eliminate production problems.Requirements:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

KEY FUNCTIONS:
· Collaborate with anodize management team to oversee quality assurance, quality control and inspection of manufacturing operations
· Create, monitor, and improve Process Control Plans, Process FMEAs, and inspection points for product flow,
· Develop, apply and maintain quality requirements and standards for development and manufacturing of products,
· Promote and execute quality standards, inspection processes, test methodology, quality plans, documents and reports,
· Develop, document, and audit practices, program quality, and metrics reporting system as it relates to anodizing,
· Perform and coordinate inspections and determine quality testing and inspection of incoming (raw materials), WIP, as well as outgoing (finished goods) products,
· Report to management on quality issues, trends and losses,
· Participate in internal and external safety, quality, process, and customer audits,
· Maintain, and update as necessary, the quality manual and SOPs as they relate to anodizing,
· Liaise with customer and vendor quality teams to ensure quality at the source.

This candidate will be a working supervisor and must be able to work on heavy industrial machinery. Experience with motors, pneumatic tools, hydraulic systems, single phase and three phase electricity, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
This is a hands-on position that requires you to be out in the plant working on industrial machinery.
Requirements
• Exposure/Interest in the areas of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical
• Interest in developing skills in industrial maintenance, industrial technology, mechanical drawing, math, computer programming, electronics or another related field
• Critical thinking and problem solving ability
• Should possess strong manual dexterity
They are a non-climate controlled facility, must be open to working some weekends.
