Job Summary:
As a Packaging Team Lead, you will support the daily operations of the packaging team by working alongside machine operators to keep production running efficiently and safely. You will help ensure production goals are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety procedures are followed throughout each shift.
You will assist with troubleshooting issues on the floor, help coordinate workflow, and provide day-to-day guidance to team members as needed. As a go-to resource for questions and problem solving, you will help keep operations moving smoothly, meet production deadlines, and support consistent product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties:
Provide training and guidance to team members, offering feedback to help improve performance and skills. The Category Business Analyst will be the go-to-category expert for developing insightful and actionable customer analysis and selling story presentations. ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Director, Retail Sales (U.S.) is accountable for driving revenue and profitable growth of Burpee’s packet seed and seed starting products across the U.S. retail channel. This role owns key customer relationships, development and delivery of annual sales budgets, and ensuring alignment between sales commitments and operational delivery.
The Senior Director, Retail Sales, is a hands-on commercial leadership role focused on expanding Burpee’s business within a highly seasonal, competitive category while strengthening relationships with major national retailers and independent and regional customers.

Work remotely while building strong customer relationships in the field with with travel to the Warminster, PA, corporate office, as needed. Manage a remote team of 5.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
