This is an employee-owned company with a generous compensation package. This individual will manage projects from specification to completion on large commercial jobs.
Responsibilities:Manage construction projects from start to finish.Conduct Pre-Con meetings, attend customer meetings, and lead project meetings to learn of challenges and resolve issues.Assure that the schedule is manned properly.Develop and train new project managers, and hire subcontractors.Regularly collaborate with superintendents, vendors, and purchasing.
Requirements:College Degree (preferred)3+ years experience in commercial construction (e.g. drywall, ceilings, panels) (preferred)3+ years in project managementStrong knowledge of the construction process

The territory for this position is: PA, MD, DC, VA, WV, NC, SC.The ideal candidate can live in any of these states, preferably in a major city.
