About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with our menu standards.Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets presentation standards.Maintain a clean and organized work station throughout the shift.Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and communication.Monitor food inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.Contribute to menu development and daily specials with creative input.Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.Proficient in various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Culinary degree or certification preferred but not required.Passion for seafood and a creative approach to cooking.About Us:
