    What We’re Looking For

    Compensation & Career Path

    · Competitive commission-based compensation starting at 16-17% of revenue less retail material costs

    · Annual earnings potential ranging from $50,000 to $125,000 based on performance

    · Hourly rate during training; $25 and $30 per hour

    · Defined advancement path from Level 1 to Level 5 Technician, with commission increasing up to 18%

    · Quarterly performance reviews and bonus opportunities

    Sign-On Bonus Details

    Earn a $1,500 sign-on bonus, paid in two parts based on successful performance during your first 30 days of employment:

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    Plumbing System Repairs and Maintenance

    · Diagnose, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, valves, faucets, water heaters, and backflow devices

    · Handle commercial plumbing fixtures, flushometers, and water lines

    · Perform pressure testing, pipe repairs, and system inspections to ensure code compliance

    Drain Cleaning and Jetter Operations

    · Clear drain lines using augers, sectional machines, and high-pressure jetters

    · Use camera and locating tools to identify blockages and defects in sewer and drain lines

    · Provide accurate and efficient repair or replacement solutions to customers

    Customer Communication and Sales

    · Present multiple service options using a digital flat-rate price book

    · Guide customers toward system upgrades, preventive maintenance, and safety improvements

    Technology and Process Compliance

    · Use ServiceTitan to complete job notes, timekeeping, inspections, estimates, and invoicing

    · Follow the full PACE service process: Prepare, Arrive, Connect, Execute

    · Maintain company standards for uniforms, vehicle inspections, documentation, and safety

    Candidate Profile

    · Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Residential service plumbing

    · Proficient with cable machines, camera inspection equipment, and jetters

    · Ability to diagnose and perform code-compliant repairs and installations

    · Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    · Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

    · Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

    · Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar platforms preferred
