    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a BCBA with The Behavior Pros, LLC, you will be responsible for conducting descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments and designing comprehensive ABA treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. You will play a vital role in providing training and supervision to BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), while also providing training to parents and guardians.

    Key Responsibilities & Duties:

    Assessments & Planning: Conduct functional analyses and skill-based assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS). Design individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.Supervision & Mentorship: Provide training and ongoing supervision to BCaBAs, RBTs, paraprofessionals, and direct care staff to ensure implementation of plans per agency standards and BACB requirements.Client Monitoring: Supervise and monitor treatment progress through data-based progress monitoring. Collect and graph data using technological programs such as Microsoft Excel or behavioral software like Catalyst.Parent Training: Oversee ABA home programs and provide parent/caregiver training and support. Run monthly clinic/progress meetings with parents/guardians.Safety & Crisis Management: Handle aggressive and self-injurious behaviors of clients effectively and ethically. Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and emergency situations.Administrative: Manage intake processes, ensure timely paperwork, and maintain accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA/HITECH/FERPA regulations.

    Qualifications:

    Education: Master’s degree (or national equivalent) in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.Certification: Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ABA software platforms (specifically Catalyst).Physical Requirements: Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.Compliance: Successful completion of fingerprinting and criminal history background check.

    Schedule:

    8 hour shift

    Monday to Friday

    Shifts may include: Day shift, Morning shift, and After school availability

    Your Role as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

    As an RBT, you will be on the front lines, working directly with clients to implement life-changing treatment plans developed by a BCBA. You are the key to our clients' progress and success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide direct 1:1 and group ABA therapy for clients to improve communication, social, and daily living skills.Diligently implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans as designed by the supervising BCBA.Accurately collect, record, and graph session data using digital tools and software.Assist the BCBA with preparing client materials and conducting stimulus preference assessments.Maintain a safe, respectful, and confidential environment for all clients.Effectively communicate with parents, caregivers, and fellow team members.Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development activities.
    Qualifications and Skills:

    Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs.A passion for helping others and a desire to learn and grow in the field of ABA.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately.The ability to remain calm, objective, and professional in crisis situations.Must pass a criminal history background check.Physical ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. and respond quickly to ensure client safety.
    Highly Preferred Qualifications:

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).Additional state certification as a Special Education Teacher, School Social Worker, or School Psychologist.Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
    Availability:

    Full-time, Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Weekend availability as needed.
