The Customer Relations Coordinator acts as the customer facing voice of The Beaufort Bonnet Company. Interacts with customers to provide timely responses to inquiries regarding product and orders. Supports the eCommerce inventory and returns processes. Provides analytical insights to leadership in order to drive eCommerce sales.
Receive and respond to customer service inquiries via phone and emailUpdate turnaround times on websiteMonitor daily online sales and provide analytically driven solutions to ensure web meets daily goals (i.e. daily promotions, social media posting, etc.)Be aware of inventory levels on the website and communicate ideas for moving inventoryManage all returns/exchanges
Create incoming receipts for items to be put back in stockCreate promo codesAssist with social media efforts and help execute promotions and special projectsAct as a liaison between TBBC and social media influencersManage web orders for specific custom items
