A Day in the Life of a Behavioral Services Manager:
As a full-time Behavioral Services Manager you will oversee behavioral support services to individuals supported.
Responsible for employment, orientation, scheduling, training and supervision of Behavioral Intervention Specialist(s).Performs initial, semiannual and annual functional behavioral assessments of individuals. Provides written recommendations to corresponding program staff.Develops, reviews, and revises written behavior support plans. Helps to ensure the integration, consistency, and appropriateness of plans. Trains staff on how to implement the plans.Develops, reviews, and revises written behavior medication monitoring plans. Helps to ensure the integration, consistency, and appropriateness of plans. Trains staff on how to implement the plans.Provides ongoing training to Direct Support Professionals in conjunction with program managers in supporting challenging behavior and assists with developing therapeutic crisis intervention strategies.Provides onsite support to teams outside of non-traditional hours on and as needed basis, including periodic site visits and coaching opportunities with Direct Support Professionals.Who We Are Looking For:
Master's Degree from a program in a clinical and/or treatment field of psychology, social work, or school psychology or a NYS license in Mental Health Counseling. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.Training in assessment techniques and behavioral program development.Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.One year supervisory experience.Must possess a current, valid New York State driver's license that meets the Agency driver standardsVision and Core Values:

A Day in the Life of a Registered Nurse ( RN ):
As a dedicated full-time Registered Nurse, you will take the lead in coordinating and enhancing healthcare services and education for individuals with disabilities in designated programs. Your expertise will not only improve the quality of care but also empower staff through comprehensive health-related education.
Assesses health related needs of individuals.Coordinates with health care providers, service providers, clinical and program staff to meet individual's health related needs.Ensures that all medical/health concerns, treatments and recommendations are properly documented and follow-up is completed.Monitors effects of medications and reports to health care providers as necessaryMonitors immunization records, communicable diseases and infection control practices ensuring compliance with regulations, policies and procedures.Performs transfer/discharge planning with programs/hospitals or agencies to ensure health related needs are met.Who We Are Looking For:

A Day in the Life of a Maintenance Technician:
Diagnoses problems and performs general repairs/maintenance to include but not limited to, electrical, painting, carpentry and plumbing Assists with projects which may include light janitorial duties, landscape maintenance, snow removal and movement of furnitureEnsures proper fire extinguisher and water temperature inspections are completed and documented Utilizes and maintains the work order tracking system, ensure work orders are completed accurately and timely Conducts periodic inspections of all safety equipment to ensure they are in working order. Performs painting (interior and exterior) and cleaning Maintains an inventory of agency tools and supplies, including the tool log bookComplete open and closing duties which may include snow removal and salting at various properties when needed.Maintains effective customer service and working relationships with staff, departments and individualsMaintenance Technician Qualifications:
