    We are searching for competitive candidates who are proactive and passionate about the customer experience and driving adoption by understanding and effectively aligning customer and company goals. This is achieved by leveraging company solutions and offerings that are best suited to fulfill the needs of the customer. Account Managers will own the relationship with their clients. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to make the customer more successful by utilizing the tools and resources available to them. They also aid internal departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, and identifying industry trends. Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should collaborate with our various teams to achieve quotas while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services.

    This position reports to our office in Hendersonville, TN.

    If you are familiar with managing multiple clients on a regional scale, have a flair for client communication, and understand consumer behavior, we’d like to hear from you.

    Responsibilities

    Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsAccountable for driving client retention efforts through effective relationship management and service excellence.Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitsDevelop trusted advisor relationships with key accountsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal managementAssess and provide solutions for current and future customer concerns regarding adoption and/or use of products and services offeredForecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly and annual growth, sales, and retention)Prepare reports on account status, monitor multiple technology solutionsCollaborate with sales, training, onboarding, and technical teams to identify and grow opportunities within territoryGather competitive intelligence and stay updated on industry trends, reporting findings to leadershipAssist customers with go to market strategy, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, deal creation, and driving revenueTravel may be required for trade shows, customer visits, and/or conferences

    Requirements

    Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant roleDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-levelSolid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office SuiteExperienced in maintaining relationships nationally over a large number of clientsExperience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsBA/BS degree in Business Administration, Communication, Sales or relevant field
