The Construction Account Representative conducts activities associated with closing new customers and locations, achieve budgeted revenue, pricing quality, productivity and lead generation goals.

Generates revenue utilizing a consultative selling approach in the sale of Texas Pride services on outbound calls that are typically small and less complex accounts. Additional sales responsibilities include flips from the Inbound Call Reps that fall under the Construction haul threshold.Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions.Executes all aspects of sales marketing campaignsConsistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals.Proposes customer solutions that are compliant with appropriate local, state and federal regulations.Demonstrates excellent organizational and problem solving skillsExhibits proficient knowledge and use of personal computer and computer software applications.Other minor duties may be assigned.This job has no supervisory duties.

The Territory Sales Representative is required to sell Texas Pride roll-offs containers to construction and permanent customers. The Territory Executive meets regularly with new and existing clients in his or her assigned market area to deliver sales presentations, follow up with key decision makers and sell all services.
Principal responsibilities include:
Identifying viable leads, managing prospects, and acquiring new, profitable construction, commercial, industrial, and recycling roll-off business to meet and exceed monthly established targeted revenue goals for new and existing customers.Effectively maintaining and retaining existing customers by building effective long-term relationships and customer loyalty.Performing contractual re-signs on existing customers to extend customer relationships and increase customer profitability where appropriate.Responding to all cancellation requests in alignment with the established escalation policy.Proactively communicating with or responding to customers in support of Company pricing initiatives.Preparing and delivering sales presentations to new and existing clients; following up with key customer decision makers to close sales.Completing consistently scheduled phone blocks and cold call prospecting activities to establish initial and follow-up appointments with decision-makers.Developing and maintaining an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends in designated markets to anticipate changing customer needs.Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the Company's available services, lines of business and pricing structures; offering additional services to existing and potential construction, commercial, industrial, and recycling clients, including total waste stream management solutions, as appropriate, to grow targeted profitable revenue and contribute to Company goals and objectives.Completing required Customer Service Agreements, reports and other paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policy.Regularly meeting with Sales Manager to review weekly customer retention and relationship activities, progress versus goals and status of key customer relationships.Building relationships and increasing Company visibility through participation in Company-sponsored activities as required; attending trade shows, chamber of commerce events and other events, as necessary. Acting as a Company representative at community events, where required.Performing other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.Bilingual required
