Support multiple areas across Perioperative Services, including Day Surgery, PACU, Pre-Assessment Center, and Endoscopy. Play an integral role in onboarding, employee engagement, quality initiatives, and regulatory readiness. Help drive data-informed decision-making through reporting, audits, and operational support. Qualifications Here's What You Need: High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Three (3) years Healthcare or hospital administrative experience preferred. Experience with data reporting, quality initiatives, audits, and regulatory documentation preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. What You Will Do: Coordinate department meetings, prepare agendas, maintain meeting minutes, and support leadership communications. Assist with productivity reports, data collection, analysis, and operational reporting to support department decision-making. Facilitate onboarding activities for new employees, students, agency staff, and other team members. Support regulatory compliance activities, accreditation readiness, audits, and documentation management. Coordinate purchase requests, supply orders, invoice processing, and vendor communications. Assist with employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and departmental communications. Serve as a central communication resource for physicians, staff, patients, vendors, and ancillary departments while supporting quality improvement and performance initiatives.
