What You'll Be Doing
• Process and manage customer orders from receipt through resolution
• Handle customer questions regarding products, shipments, returns, and order status
• Investigate order issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams
• Communicate professionally with customers by phone and email
• Track and document customer interactions and resolutions

High School Diploma or GED required.At least one year of related childcare experience is preferred.Able to perform job duties that include walking, standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and keeping up with active students.Must obtain and pass background check through NYSED.Perks:
