We are one of the largest distributors of natural stone slabs, poured-in-place terrazzo, and quartz surfacing. We are looking to add a Full-Time, Permanent Warehouse Operations Associate for a Monday through Friday day shift. This role is an opportunity to learn about the stone trade and connect with influencers in the field. Responsibilities: Move and stage materials for customer appointments safely, accurately, and promptly. Identifies damaged materials and records material shortages. Loads and unloads materials onto and from a variety of containers, including but not limited to trucks, conveyors, racks, pallets, and/or trays; utilizes appropriate tools to accomplish the task. Cleans and organizes the showroom and warehouse Maintains a safe, clean working environment Requirements What You Need to Get the Job Done: Team-oriented player attitude History of reliability Committed to high safety standards Attention to detail Warehouse experience preferred Forklift experience is a plus, but is not required Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.     We are looking to add a Full-time Customer Service Representative to our growing team. This important role is responsible for providing customers with courteous customer service in person, over the phone, or over email; strives to retain present customers and develop new business by extending professional and efficient service and suggesting additional services and products to serve customers’ needs.


    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Answers phones, takes customer orders, coordinates pickups and shipments between customers and the warehouse.Provides timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries.Builds effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs and informing them about the products and services that are most appropriate to their situation.Responds effectively to customers' inquiries.Prepares quotes, reports, and correspondence as needed.Provides coverage for team members when they are not available.Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.Requirements:

    TM Supply is currently looking for a Payroll Coordinator. This full-time role provides administrative support to the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the company. The major areas of responsibility include payroll coordination across multi-state locations and schedules, paid time off tracking, onboarding, timesheet auditing, benefit deduction management and submittals, compensation and incentive program entry, system training with other users, policy education and enforcement, and HR regulations compliance.

    Requirements:

    Responsibilities:

    Promotes positive employee relations by designing, communicating, and interpreting human resources policies and programs.Helps build and sustain a positive, collaborative work environment. Coordinates and processes payroll for all company locations and schedules.Processes compensation changes, promotions, bonuses, and incentive programs.Inputs new hires and coordinates onboarding training with their supervisor.Coordinates the off-boarding process and communication of findings to management.Analyzes data, prepares reports, and makes recommendations on a variety of payroll items.
