    About the Role
    This is an awake overnight position, meaning you must remain alert, attentive, and available throughout the entire shift. Most nights are quiet, but the right candidate will be prepared to provide support as needed to ensure comfort, safety, and a peaceful nighttime routine. You may need to change diapers and comfort him in the middle of the night.

    The young man you will support is kind, engaging, and benefits from caregivers who are patient, reassuring, and consistent.
