Perform lawn applications including fertilization, weed control, fungicide, insecticide, etc. applications.Diagnose lawn health issues and recommend appropriate treatments.Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and efficiently.Apply products according to company procedures and industry regulations.Maintain accurate service records and customer notes.Communicate professionally with customers regarding services performed and recommendations.Assist with other lawn and landscape services as needed.Maintain working condition & cleanliness of truck and equipment (spreader, tanks, pumps, etc.)Continued development of job knowledge (pesticides, safety, equipment, etc.)What We Offer
