As we continue to grow, were looking for a motivated Sales Construction Representative to join our team and help us expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients to generate new business opportunities in the construction sectorDrive throughout the Houston area to pursue leads and build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and developersDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targetsCollaborate with the marketing team to promote company services and enhance brand visibilityPrepare and submit accurate, competitive bids for commercial and industrial construction projectsLead client negotiations and close profitable agreementsRepresent Delta Fabricators at job sites, industry events, conferences, and networking functionsMonitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunitiesDeliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needsMaintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and capabilities to effectively communicate valueTrack leads, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM toolsProvide regular updates and performance reports to senior management
What You Bring
Proven experience in construction sales, business development, or a related fieldStrong understanding of construction methods, materials, bidding procedures, and project management processesEstimating experience preferredBachelors degree Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makersExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven approachAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with bidding processes and contract negotiationsFamiliarity with the Houston construction market and an established network of industry contacts (preferred)Valid drivers license and reliable transportationKnowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
