Role Description Terawatt Infrastructure is building the sites that will power the rapid expansion of the electric vehicle market. In this role, you will lead the execution of design and construction activities for priority EV charging sites, helping deliver the infrastructure needed to support the transition to electrified transportation. You will manage projects from early development through construction and commissioning, ultimately handing off completed sites to the Terawatt Operations team. This includes coordinating design, managing contractors and vendors, tracking schedules and budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope. The ideal candidate brings strong technical understanding of construction and site development, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. You are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to move projects forward efficiently. Core Responsibilities Lead end-to-end management of construction for large-scale EV charging infrastructure projects, including both light- and heavy-duty fleet sites. Oversee projects involving greenfield and brownfield development, building demolition or renovation, and on-site energy assets such as battery energy storage, solar photovoltaic systems, and low-emission generators. Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and change management processes throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with engineering firms, contractors, vendors, and internal subject matter experts to support project development and execution. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders through regular reporting and project management meetings. Identify and resolve risks or issues that could impact project timelines, cost, or quality. Develop and maintain detailed construction budget forecasts and project schedules. Evaluate project requirements to identify opportunities for value engineering and schedule acceleration. Work cross-functionally with internal teams including Business Development, Energy
