Coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Position renders individualized, age specific and direct bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs. Position is responsible for a clinic unit. Position coordinates the scheduling efforts of the unit RN's. Acts as liaison person to internal and external customers (i.e., pre-hospital providers, medical and nursing staff, hospital administration). Responsible for developing and implementing plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements. Trains and mentors staff. \n\n\n SPECIAL SKILLS: Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively implement change and assist with the management of departmental budget.
