    What You'll Do

    Create a warm, welcoming experience for every patient from arrival through departureOwn the full check-in and check-out process with accuracy, efficiency, and carePresent treatment plans clearly and confidently, helping patients understand their options and next stepsGuide financial conversations, including insurance coverage, patient responsibility, and payment solutionsPartner with the Studio Manager to support daily operations, including opening/closing and schedule managementCollaborate with dentists, hygienists, and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experienceParticipate in daily huddles to align on schedules, same-day treatment opportunities, and patient needsMaintain accurate and organized patient records, ensuring information is up to date and accessibleCoordinate referrals and follow-ups across Tend studios and specialty providersRespond to patient inquiries with accuracy, professionalism, and warmthResolve patient concerns in real time using sound judgment and Tend toolsMaintain a clean, organized, and compliant front-of-house environmentSupport studio performance goals through schedule optimization and case acceptance

    What You Have

    What You Have

The RCM Operations Manager plays a critical role in translating revenue cycle strategy into day-to-day execution by owning the operational performance of eligibility, billing, payment posting, insurance and patient AR, and credits and balancing.
