    Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to join our substitute teaching pool across Charter and Private to start immediately if hired. The ideal candidate will support lead teachers in implementing educational programs, promoting childhood development, and ensuring the well-being of students. This role requires a passion for education, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with children of various backgrounds and abilities. Assistant Teachers are responsible for supporting lead teachers in implementing educational programs, promoting childhood development, and ensuring the well-being of students. Assistant Teachers generally work under the supervision of a Lead Teacher but unlike Teacher Aides, Assistant Teachers may be requested to lead classes and be left alone with students during some periods of each day to provide instruction and general supervision.
