Project Manager – Construction
Location: Houston, TX
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 per year, with 10%–15% potential annual bonus
We are seeking experienced Construction Project Managers to join our team in Houston, TX. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation from start to finish.

We are a paperless, mobile-first, digital-heavy company, so candidates must be comfortable using modern technology and construction project management tools.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning through implementation
Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
Allocate resources for assigned projects
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Negotiate with contractors and vendors to help control project costs
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Track project progress, documentation, schedules, costs, and deliverables
Communicate regularly with internal teams, field personnel, clients, and vendors
Qualifications:
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Previous experience in construction management or a related field required
Experience with precast concrete, masonry, fencing, commercial construction, or related construction strongly preferred
Familiarity with construction management software required
Experience with modern project management tools such as Procore or similar platforms
Experience with digital PO systems such as AvidXchange or similar platforms
Experience with takeoff tools such as Bluebeam or similar platforms
Must be proficient with iPhones, iPads, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline-driven and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
Compensation:
$110,000 – $120,000 per year
10%–15% potential annual bonus
