    Job Summary:

    The LDR functions as a call center agent for B2B marketing. The LDR is primarily responsible for calling on client marketing campaigns to promote our clients’ products and services and to ultimately assist in building a sales pipeline through lead generation and meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly goals, measured with generating qualified B2B leads.

    Job Duties:

    Conduct outbound calls to connect with key business decision makers using internal contact networks and introduce client offerings.Search to contact the correct decision maker through inquiries with gatekeepers and work colleagues.Operate multiple PC applications to compile, update, and maintain client-related records across platforms.Utilize CRM tools to manage lead generation data.Draft summaries of calls to support marketing outreach and sales pipeline development.Enter data captured during a phone conversation into MS Access or TeleScript (multi-relational database).Draft concise call summaries that capture lead qualification details and next steps.Send professional, business-focused emails to contacts, supervisors, HR, and QA teams to support campaign communication.Provide feedback as needed to improve outreach and overall lead conversion strategies.Research client product, service or solution information on the Internet or through provided materials to tailor outreach.Keep an open and consistent line of communication with customers to continue to build the relationship and track warm leads.Participate in feedback meetings with program managers to refine your skills.Utilize office machines, i.e., copier, printer, fax, pc, to generate material for business use.

    Skills and Qualifications Required:

    Typing 35-45wpm80% Proficiency on Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook98% accuracy in writing with correct grammar and spellingAbility to utilize online resources (ex. Google, yellowpages.com) to timely research/find information for business use.Basic Windows and desktop skills for troubleshooting minor issuesGeneral IT vocabularyPreferred: General call center operations or telemarketing experience

    Ability to speak with professional articulation using correct diction/tense and proper word pronunciation.     Summary of Position: Our sales development representatives (SDRs) are focused on generating new business opportunities for TeleNet’s clients by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. This position is responsible for engaging with prospective buyers, scheduling appointments for our client’s sellers, as well as nurturing long-term leads and prospects using a deeper understanding of the prospective buyer’s needs, company and products.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Conduct outbound calls, emails, and outreach campaigns to understand current situation and potential upcoming business needs with business decision makers, recommenders, and influencers.Target lists may be comprised of “cold” contacts or “warm” hand-raisers or a combinationTarget lists may be customers, net-new accounts, or a combinationResearch and understand target companies, their technology environments, and potential pain points before each outreach.Expand and refine target market by asking for referrals, navigating organizations and online researchConduct thorough research on prospective buyers to identify relevant use-cases for our client6’s products. Assess the buyer’s history, needs, and motivation to determine qualification and recommend appropriate next steps.If sales-ready: schedule an appointment with appropriate sales executiveMaintain detailed records of interactions, outcomes, and follow-ups within TeleNet’s call-center software and/or our client’s CRMFacilitate and attend scheduled appointments and introductions between the lead and the client.Keep an open and consistent line of communication to continue to build the relationship and work on warm leads.Nurture potential buyers who are not yet ready for an appointmentUse a multi-media approach, including sharing relevant assets and demos, invitations to events and well-timed phone calls Utilize LinkedIn for social media engagement and promotion of social contentMeet or exceed weekly/monthly/quarterly appointment quota (number of appointments)Participate in feedback meetings with managers to refine your skills.

    Requirements:

    Two or more years of experience in sales/marketing, with a track record of exceeding lead targets80% Proficiency on Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookSuperior grammar/punctuation and attention to detail in written communicationStrong call technique skills, including active-listening and objection-handling and the ability to handle calls that deviate from the scriptComfortable speaking with professionals at all levels, including technical staff and executives.Ability to quickly implement feedback to improve overall quality and production. Willingness to accept constructive criticismProven track record of excellent attendance

    Preferred skills and qualifications:

    Call center experience within a banking facilityBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or at least three years of relevant work experienceExperience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotasProficiency with CRM software
