    Job Summary: Designs, implements and operations/maintains the sites or enterprise's server, storage, database, network, client, or communication infrastructure. Work is performed without appreciable direction. Exercised considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment. Effects of decisions are long lasting and heavily influence the future course of the organization. Errors in judgment or failure to achieve results would result in the expenditure of large amounts of company resources. Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Applicant must have experience with the application of DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) on operating systems Windows and Linux operating systems.
    System Admin experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
    Understanding of network administration tools, techniques, and methods.
    Fundamental knowledge in networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS)
    Active Directory Domain Administrator - Manage and maintain: Sites and Services, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Objects, Computer/User Objects, LDAP, Authentication protocols, AD Permission delegation using the least privilege methodology, Dynamic/Static AD groups, as well as other Domain services in accordance with MS best practices and compliance requirements.
    Experience with Current versions of Windows (e.g. Server 2019, 2022, Windows 10, 11 Enterprise)
    Configure and execute vulnerability scanning tools, SCAP/STIG scans (SCC Tool, OpenSCAP, etc.), and perform remediating steps based on findings on Windows and Linux operating systems.
    Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure /add new services as necessary.
    Experience with SIEM tool, anti-virus software, etc. other cybersecurity software
    Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
    Windows domain architecture experience
    Experience with Microsoft Server products
    Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
    Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication abilities.
    Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities but provides technical leadership and guidance to other Systems Administrators. This includes, but is not limited to training employees, planning, assigning, directing work and resolving technically related work problems. It also includes interaction with other technical teams and assisting in the management of vendor relationships.

    Summary The Senior Information System Security Officer (Sr. ISSO) will assist in preparation, development, and maintenance of specialized Information Systems (IS) security plans used to obtain/retain DCSA accreditation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Review and revise IS system plans documentation based on analysis of the existing equipment configuration. Document any changes or special security requirements. Provide day-to-day technical support to classified IS including adherence to policies, procedures, and best practices.
    You will be required to oversee the system compliance, and auditing of the information systems. Oversees the information systems readying system configurations for ISSM certification and/or DCSA accreditation/assessment. Assist with the design, develop, and implement annual IS security training for the end-users. Similar but specialized training will also be given to the Data Transfer Agents DTAs and SAs annually. Assists the SAs in the implementation and validation of security relevant controls on computing systems; network devices such as switches, routers and firewalls; SAN storage; and virtualization hosts and any virtualized systems and appliances. Assists in spill containment and cleanup. Participates in investigations relating to any IS security violations and provides "lessons learned" information to the IS community to prevent reoccurrence. Assists the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) and implements information systems security tasks, as required for safeguarding, handling, and controlling of classified materials, documents and equipment. Knowledgeable in information systems security in order to assure enforcement of company and government regulations.
