Summary This is a Material Handler II position based out of our Tewksbury, MA location.We are seeking disciplined, dependable, and hard-working colleagues who can make a daily impact for our customers and teammates.Your contribution could range from ensuring scientists receive the materials needed to develop life-saving cures to helping healthcare professionals access the right equipment to care for patients effectively. Responsibilities Pull materials from the stockroom for manufacturing work orders and issue them in the ERP system.Select, label, and deliver products for sales orders to the shipping department while reporting any delays to the planning team.Conduct internal logistics (“milk runs”) to support line-side inventory, retrieve and fill bins, and deliver to the production floor as needed.Move materials to production carts and replenish Kanban bins as necessary.Scan Kanban cards to trigger replenishment orders for purchasing.Assist with daily cycle counts and submit results to the Finance Team weekly. Required Skills & Experience High school diploma or equivalent.1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, stockroom, inventory management, or supply chain role within a manufacturing environment.Hands-on experience with MRP systems.Experience using Smartsheet and Salesforce is highly desiredProficiency with computers and scanning equipment.Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach for extended periods.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Ability to read and write in English.
