About the Role
This is a fast-paced mailroom position ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and reliable. Candidates must be flexible and team-oriented, with a willingness to support all areas of the mailroom. This role requires someone who is open to stepping in wherever needed—whether that’s sorting, labeling, scanning, or assisting with different workflows—to help keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, sort, and organize incoming mail and documentsLabel documents accurately and ensure proper categorisation for processingSort mail by priority, department, and workflow requirementsVerify documents for completeness before processingMaintain logs of incoming and outgoing mailAssist with outbound mail and document productionSupport general mailroom operations and step in wherever needed across workflows✅ What We’re Looking For:
