Provide round-the-clock support and monitoring of technical control operations, responding to trouble tickets, inquiries, and service requests from customers, DISA, and JSP service desks.Maintain COMSEC integrity for both PPTCFs including COMSEC inventories, keying material (KEYMAT) loading, and destruction in compliance with DoD standards.Generate regular reports and metrics on CAB performance, ticket resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and other key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives.Monitor and maintain the functionality of TCF equipment, including communication lines, cryptographic devices, and control systems.Ensure secure and uninterrupted data transmission within the facility.Respond to alarms and troubleshoot technical issues within the TCF environment.Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks on equipment to identify and address potential problems. Implement and adhere to strict security protocols for handling classified information within the TCF.Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of system activity and security incidents.Assist with security inspections and audits of the TCF.Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software within the TCF.Provide technical support to users accessing the TCF systems.Assist with implementing new technologies and procedures within the TCF environment.Knowledge of Tech Control equipment such as Switches, Encryption devices, Network Operation Consoles, and Circuits.Provide comprehensive technical support and maintenance services to the Pentagon Primary Technical Control Facility (PPTCF), Pentagon Alternate Technical Control Facility (PATCF), and Mark Center.Experience with BICSI installation regulations and standards.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

WAGE INFORMATION
Target salary range: $129,000.00 - $147,000.00. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
