Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC/Plumbing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both heating ventilation air conditioning systems and plumbing systems. Youll be responsible for installation maintenance and repair services for residential and/or commercial clients. Key Responsibilities Install maintain and repair HVAC and plumbing systems Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance Ensure compliance with local HVAC and plumbing codes Maintain accurate records of work performed Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members. Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service calls. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of experience in HVAC and/or plumbing Valid drivers license with a clean driving record EPA certification (for HVAC work) Plumbing license (preferred or required depending on state) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (indoors outdoors confined spaces).
