    Industrial Security Specialist

    Position Overview

    Aether Aerospace is seeking Industrial Security Professionals to join our team to help contribute to our success and help our customers be successful by innovating, developing and delivering optimal support.

    Industrial Security Specialists provide support to the customer in establishing security requirements for OCONUS Maintenance Repair Overhaul & Update (MRO&U), Depot, and Supply Warehouse facilities for assigned operations.

    Duties include, but not limited to:

    Provide management and oversight of all activities performed to support the protection of classified information developed by or entrusted to U.S industry operating under the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).Brief and coordinate SAP and collateral security requirements for USAF, USN, USMC, and international bed down sites and provide accurate data at all 35%, 65% and 95% design reviewsCommunicate secure facility construction and accreditation technical security standards and provide accurate data at all 35%, 65% and 95% design reviewsMaintain and monitor security activities at bed down locations until facilities receive accreditationIdentify security clearance and SAP access requirements at bed down locationsAssist the services in defining facility and infrastructure requirement to meet F-35 bed down for all sitesCoordinate and participate in the development of CONUS and OCONUS Facilities Requirements Documents (FRDs) and document results

    Junior Physical Security Specialist

    TSA is actively hiring for a Junior Physical Security Specialist at NAS Patuxent River to support security administration requirements at various facilities. Duties will include physical and/or industrial security, access control, and force protection. This position requires the ability to work independently, supporting our customer on site. This role does not allow for remote work or a compressed work schedule.

    Roles/Responsibilities:

    Carry out support tasks related to physical security administration within Security Operations Centers (SOC's) in multiple facilities on NAS Patuxent River.Camera surveillance, access control coverageFirst responder coordination, watch coordinationAlarm testing, call box monitoring and testing, operating systems maintenance coordinationData retrieval, CAC PIN reset, swipe access processesTraining record maintenance and other clerical/administrative duties as assigned

    Contractor Program Security Officer

    Technology Security Associates is seeking a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), entry level, to maintain a security environment for dynamic government program offices under Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division in Patuxent River, MD.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    Develop, Implement, and Administer security plans, programs, and policies for program personnel and facilities. Manage NISPOM, DoDM 5200.01 Vol. 1-3, and DoDI 5200.48 related Program Security requirements to include physical, information, and personnel matters.Maintain compliance with the US Government security regulations and directives. Participate in compliance assessment reviews and perform self-inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements. Identify deficiencies and recommends corrective action.Complete daily facility inspection checklists, manage door/safe combinations, etc. to ensure compliance with regulations and requirements.Maintain personnel security database, conducts inquiries required for security incidents and ensures compliance with regulations and requirements.Develop, implement, and administer Security Education and Training Awareness (SETA) programs. Conduct indoctrination briefings for newly assigned personnel instructing individuals on the requirements for safeguarding program documentation and facility security policies.Prepare, review, and submit DD-254s. Coordinate with Prime contractor and manage sub-contracts to ensure security compliance with government regulations/requirements.Maintain document and material accountability program, oversee secure storage and workspaces for customers and company, conduct annual inventory of accountable material. Ensures that all classified materials held by the site are compliant with the regulations and directives, which govern marking, handling, controlling, removing, transporting, sanitizing, reusing, and destroying classified information and equipment containing classified information.Resolve other related program Security issues.

    Qualifications Required:

    Have a high school diploma and 1 year of experience.Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.Strong writing ability.Problem solving/process improvement skills.Excellent organizational skills, adept at multi-tasking and initiating projects.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn in a dynamic program environment.Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve compliance discrepancies.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with government customers and internal teams.

Candidate will provide analysis and support as a member of a program office Foreign Disclosure Team, which will be responsible for reviewing and documenting the release of information to international participants.

    Roles/Responsibilities:

    Assist with technical and analytical support for the Foreign Disclosure Office (FDO) in developing, updating, administering, and evaluating policies and procedures directly affecting the release of highly technical and sensitive information to international customers.Assist the platform International Programs team in processing licenses. Participate in identifying, collecting, analyzing, staffing, and issuing recommendations on platform-related licenses. Track case status and schedulesCollect, complete, organize and interpret technical information relating to system acquisition and ITAR licensing.Research disclosure policy and ensure that the appropriate National Disclosure Policy, Technology Transfer and Security Assistance Review Board (TTSARB), Disclosure Determination, Technical Assistance Agreement (TAA) or Export License is upheld.Stay familiar with system configurations and awareness of capabilities and stay abreast of different system by FMS customer.Review documents various security enclaves to ensure documents provided to foreign customers are releasable; provide feedback to document owners with notes associated with your review if necessary.
