In depth experience within the MSP world with roles/specialties in NOC, System/Backup/Network Administration, and Implementation Specialist with a focus on not only System and Network, but also Line of Business Applications.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and softwareResolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronicallyTrack customer issues and resolutionsPerform proactive and reactive services for our customers to ensure stability inline with best practices and complianceProactively reviewing customer environments and architecture to provide recommend opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
Amazing customer service skills with the ability to communicate well over the phonePositive, upbeat, and professionalStrong troubleshooting and critical thinking skillsMust be proficient in Windows Protocols, RMM, Servers, Networking, Firewalls, and Security Protection(s)Batch and/or Powershell ScriptingMCSE, Azure, and Office 365 Certification a plus
