    Job DescriptionJob Description

    About The Snook Group

The Snook Group is a growing, independent financial planning firm in Mechanicsburg, PA dedicated to wholistic financial planning. Our team of approximately 30 professionals — advisors, planners, client services, and operations — works collaboratively to deliver comprehensive, client-centered financial plans.

We’re a young, energetic, family-oriented group that takes the quality of our work and the quality of our culture equally seriously. People here don’t have an hourly mentality — they care about doing the work right.

    The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced financial planning professional to step into a Senior Paraplanner role — what we call a Senior Case Consultant internally. This person is the engine room of our planning department: building comprehensive financial plans from start to finish, supporting our advisors with polished, deadline-driven deliverables, and serving as a technical mentor to two junior planners who are early in their careers.

The right person thinks like a puzzle solver. They pick up a wide array of client facts — investment statements, income, tax situations, account structures — and assemble them into a complete, well-organized financial picture that an advisor can pick up and walk into a meeting with confidence.

We welcome candidates from a range of financial planning backgrounds, including independent RIAs, insurance-based planning practices, wealth management divisions, and MassMutual general agencies. What matters most is demonstrated holistic planning experience — not transactional or product-driven work, but the ability to see a client’s complete financial picture and build it from scratch.

    What You’ll Do

Build and maintain comprehensive, multi-area financial plans covering investments, retirement, tax planning, and cash flow analysisPrepare all client deliverables on a defined production schedule — plans go to clients 1–2 weeks before advisor meetingsSupport advisors with pre-meeting preparation and post-meeting follow-up, including plan refinements and client communicationsIdentify planning opportunities — not just what’s in front of you, but what could genuinely benefit the clientMentor and guide two junior case consultants, reviewing their work and accelerating their developmentMaintain accurate client records across CRM, planning platforms, and portfolio systemsCollaborate with the team on process improvements — your input will be heard and acted on

    Requirements

    Required:

3–5 years of experience in financial services, with at least 2–4 years in a financial planning or paraplanning roleDeep, working knowledge of financial planning concepts: retirement planning, investment basics, tax implications, Social Security, account registrations (IRAs, Roth IRAs, 401(k)s, pensions), and cash flow analysisThe ability to think holistically — you understand how all the pieces of a client’s financial life connectAdvanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, OneDrive)Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple plans under deadline pressureClear, professional written and verbal communicationA team-first mindset and a genuine interest in helping others growCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.

    Preferred:

CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation — highly valuedSeries 7 and 66 licenses, or willingness to obtain within 9 monthsLife, Health, and Accident Insurance licenses, or willingness to obtain within 3 monthsExperience with RightCapital, Morningstar, eMoney, Advisor360, Envestnet, or similar planning platforms — if you’ve used any planning software, you can learn oursBackground at an independent RIA, insurance-based planning firm, MassMutual general agency, or wealth management practice with full planning scopeExperience in a mentoring or senior contributor capacity

    Benefits

Base salary: $80,000–$110,000 depending on experienceQuarterly team performance bonus — when we hit our goals as a firm, you share in that successYear-end individual performance bonus potentialComprehensive benefits: Health, Life, Disability, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) with Safe Harbor employer matchPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development and continuing education support

    Culture & Work Environment

Our team skews young (most are in their late 20s to mid-30s), works hard, and genuinely supports each other. We’ve built something where people don’t have an hourly mentality — they care about doing the work right, not just getting through the day. If you’re self-directed, technically sharp, collaborative by nature, and energized by being part of a team that’s building something together, you’ll fit here.

This is a full-time, in-person role at our Mechanicsburg, PA office, Monday through Friday. This role is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. Background check and fingerprinting required upon offer.

Description SALES MANAGER, HIGH-TICKET CLOSERS Fullmer Consulting | Remote (with future in-office preference) | Base $100K + OTE $200K–$300K ABOUT THE COMPANY Fullmer Consulting is a fast-growing real estate education company built on an uncommon principle: selling with integrity or not selling at all. Founded three years ago, the company trains experienced real estate professionals and high-earning W2 individuals to sharpen their acquisition strategies through distressed property, probate, heirs property, and complex transaction training. We are three years in, growing fast, and the infrastructure is working. What is missing is the person who can professionalize the sales floor, tighten close rates, and lead a team of high-ticket closers toward the next growth phase. THE OPPORTUNITY This is a player-coach role. You will manage a lean team of four closers, one enterprise rep on our $40K coaching program and three reps on our $5,500 mid-ticket product, while personally closing high-ticket deals yourself. As the team scales toward 10–12 people, the role grows into full-time management. You are being brought in to build what comes next. WHAT YOU WILL DO Manage daily and weekly performance of a team of 4 closers -- call scoring, coaching sessions, pipeline reviews Personally close inbound high-ticket leads ($40K coaching program) while the team grows Build and own KPI dashboards, rep scorecards, and accountability processes inside Go High Level (GHL) Create or refine scripts, objection handles, and follow-up sequences across both high-ticket and mid-ticket products Identify gaps in the current structure and recommend solutions Bridge sales and marketing with structured feedback on lead quality, ad performance, and webinar friction Requirements WHAT YOU BRING 3+ years managing high-ticket sales teams, including both appointment setters and closers Personal track record of closing $20K+ offers over the phone, you know the craft from the inside Background in coaching, consulting, online education, or information products -- this is strongly required, not a nice-to-have Experience managing teams that sell at multiple price points or product tiers simultaneously CRM fluency (GHL experience is a strong plus) You know how to drive performance and protect culture at the same time, high standards and high morale are not mutually exclusive to you A character that does not bend under pressure, this company disqualifies wrong-fit clients rather than oversell them, and you agree with that approach THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS ROLE You have come from a high-ticket sales environment; coaching, education, consulting, or info products, and you know how to run a floor that earns. You are not here to learn what high-ticket means. You are here to apply it. You are comfortable being a player-coach right now because you understand that credibility with your reps comes from doing the work alongside them. As the team scales, you grow into full management. You are the kind of person who finds the friction, names it clearly, and builds the system that removes it. LOCATION This role starts remote. The team is currently in-office, and as the team grows and this role deepens, being co-located will become increasingly important.
