    TDX Corporation is recruiting for the position of General Manager. This is a regular, full-time position located on Saint Paul Island, AK. This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer.


    JOB SUMMARY:

    The General Manager is responsible for directing, coordinating, and managing all aspects of operations on St. Paul Island, including oversight of St. Paul Island Tours LLC, St. Paul Fuels LLC, and St. Paul Wind. This role ensures operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, budget adherence, and delivery of high-quality service to customers. The General Manager serves as the primary liaison between the company, clients, subcontractors, and corporate leadership, fostering strong communication and collaboration to support timely, cost-effective, and value-driven operations.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Oversee day-to-day operations on St. Paul Island, including tourism, facilities, and support services.Ensure compliance with all contract obligations, safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.Monitor and manage program and project profitability through effective contract oversight.Review and approve budgets, cost estimates, staffing plans, and cost control reports.Maintain regular communication with the CEO to proactively resolve issues.Collaborate with TDX corporate management to align local operations with company-wide policies and objectives.Address operational challenges efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to services.Lead recruitment, hiring, training, and performance management of local staff.Communicate company and departmental goals to employees, foster transparency and engagement.Approve procurement of necessary equipment, vehicles, and supplies.Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance morale and productivity.Manage emergency responses and support special projects or large-scale program expansions.Participate in corporate strategic and business planning, including data reporting and forecasting.Assist with development and management of local budgets and expenditures.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and contractual requirements.Maintain a safe, reliable, and efficient operational environment.Perform other duties as assigned.

    Summary

    Technician will be responsible for participating in the day-to-day operations of a diesel engine driven power plant and power distribution system at a remote overseas facility located in Saudi Arabia. Required to make clear and concise logbook entries on a regular basis. Technician may be responsible for drafting reports and memos for management. Technician will be responsible for all installation, service, maintenance, repair, and operation of diesel engine driven generators and the associated power distribution equipment in a remote location. Technician will be required to use analytical and critical thinking to solve simple to complex mechanical and electrical problems in efforts to keep equipment running efficiently. Must be familiar with and execute best work place safety practices in accordance with OSHA and NFPA standards. Technician will be required to utilize specialty test equipment in daily operations to include but not limited to Insulation Resistance testing, Polarization Index Testing, Hi-Pot testing, Turns Ratio Testing, and various PLC programming tasks. Technician will be responsible for maintenance on the fuel storage system as well as receiving fuel deliveries to the site and conducting quality tests on delivery truck and fuel before being dispensed.



    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Work a 10 to 12-hour shift as dictated by program manager, to provide 24 hours support for the power plant.Make log book entries for all events during shift, use MS Excel and MS Word to draft various reports required in daily operation of site; which will be further defined by the requirements of the individual site and TDX site supervision.Perform all trouble-shooting, fault analysis, fault mitigation, and repair tasks, monitor power plant operation and taking readings as directed. Safely operate power generation and distribution equipment within written guidelines.Execution of extra duties as assigned by site supervision, to include but not be limited to; Property Control Manager, Tool Control Monitor, Haz-Waste Monitor, FOE Monitor, and Safety Manager.Work with minimal supervision or direction to solve problems with a variety of variables; trouble shoot and repair equipment malfunctions. Must exhibit critical thinking in troubleshooting and repairs, utilizing TDX Reach Back Support for technical assistance.Record accurate readings of all instrumentation and various monitoring equipment detailing important data relevant to plants operation including kWH produced, fuel consumption, voltage, HZ.Comply with all required environmental health and safety programs.Be available as needed, to support operations issues that may arise, unless specific approval has been given by supervision to be out of range of the operations location.Work extended work schedules and perform on call duties as required supporting the project execution plans and schedules.Perform other duties as assigned.



    Qualifications

    Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret level security clearance or Interim Secret Level security clearance.High School diploma or equivalent.Working knowledge of Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures and general NFPA and OSHA safety standards for working around energized equipment and moving machinery.Familiarity with UPS systems, PLC systems, High, Medium and Low voltage distribution systems, control circuitry, control logic, automatic and manual transfer systems preferred. Interpret and follow a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Broad knowledge in maintenance methods, practices, schedules, logistics and budgets.Familiarity with computerized diagnostic equipment and troubleshooting tools.A valid drivers' license issued by state of residence and in good standing is required.Ability to work extended work schedules as required supporting the project execution plans and schedules.Demonstrated ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, priorities, and relationships.Experience with the installation maintenance and repair of diesel engine driven generators, diesel engine concept of operation, and electrical theory.Must be able to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and one-line diagrams proficientlyMust acquire and maintain medical insurance.Must be able to pass a host nation physical.

    JOB SUMMARY:

    Responsible for overseeing the bulk fuel operations and delivery at the Fuel Terminal Facilities, to include all aspects of receiving, transferring for fuel delivery management. All day-to-day functions including, but not limited to: supervision, safety, coordination with customers, invoicing and reporting of activities, appropriate inspections, maintenance/repairs, coordination of agency and regulatory compliance, spill response readiness and implementation, product testing and inventory control. The Fuel Terminal Supervisor shall give instruction, and guidance to all on-island SPF staff to efficiently, safely, and profitably manage and satisfy all operational and maintenance requirements. This individual will additionally assist in St. Paul Airport Operations including, but not limited to: fueling aircraft, marshaling aircraft, loading/unloading and sorting freight and baggage, servicing the aircraft, assisting with pushback and towing, deicing and other duties as assigned.:.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    JOB SUMMARY:

    To provide all necessary help and support to passengers as required by our customer airlines which may include check in, baggage processing, reservations, and ticketing, boarding of flights, air-bridge operation, greeting arriving passengers, handling of VIPs, provide special passenger assistance, handle customer complaints and other duties as assigned. Ramp Services Agent responsibilities include: marshaling aircraft, loading/unloading and sorting freight and baggage, servicing the aircraft, assisting with pushback and towing, deicing and other duties as assigned.


    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Customer Service Agent:

    Assist passengers with self-service check-in kiosks
    Inspect and verify passenger documentation
    Issue boarding passes and reschedule passengers affected by flight interruptions or cancellations
    Manage passenger baggage processing including handling and fee calculation if applicable
    Assist passengers as needed through arrival and check in processes including support for passengers with special requirements such as unaccompanied minors (UM), VIP passengers and passengers needing wheelchair assistance
    Direct passengers through the airport as required
    Assist colleagues in other areas of the airport to ensure that wheelchairs, strollers, and gate checked bags (cleared through security) are made available for loading upon departure and delivery to passengers upon arrival
    Comply with all federal aviation legislation as well as airport authority and carrier security requirements
    Comply with Saint Paul Fuel Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
    Operate computers and specialist equipment such as air-bridge, scanners, and airline specific software
    Produce work-related documentation when required
    Maintain the highest standards of safety and security at all times
    Other duties as assigned

    Ramp Services Agent:

    Responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the ramp at all times
    Monitor customer safety during boarding and deplaning, and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner
    Marshal aircraft on the ramp (e.g. directing, assisting and parking all arriving, departing and towed aircraft)
    Transfer cargo (including luggage) to other gates, other airlines and to passengers
    Observe safe ground-handling procedures and maintenance of ground service equipment, including the performance of equipment checks
    Comply with all safety procedures and airline policies
    Responsible for courteous, prompt, accurate and careful handling of customer baggage, airfreight and company material; continuous lifting, loading/unloading, sorting and transfer of baggage, freight and company material
    Service aircraft as needed (e.g. aircraft lavatories, potable water, window wash, deicing and commissary items)
    Assist in ramp set up and storage of equipment and baggage
    Constantly communicate with flight crew personnel and other ground personnel


    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    High school diploma or equivalent.
    Previous experience working in an aviation environment, desired.
    Successful completion of a ramp services training program.
    Valid drivers license.
    U.S. Customs Seal for access to CBP security areas.
    Experience working with live animals and dangerous goods.
    Working knowledge of airport safety procedures.
    Ability to travel to the airport at times where public transport is not available.
    Must be able and willing to type and learn airline specific computer systems.
