    .Position Summary

    We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Press Brake Operator to join our metal fabrication team on day shift. This position is responsible for setting up and operating press brake equipment to fabricate custom sheet metal components used in truck box manufacturing. The ideal candidate has prior fabrication experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

    Responsibilities

    Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend and form sheet metal partsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work ordersSelect appropriate tooling and machine settings for each jobInspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracyLoad and unload sheet metal materials safely and efficientlyPerform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshootingMaintain accurate production and quality recordsFollow all company safety procedures and PPE requirementsCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

    Qualifications

    Key Responsibilities

    Exposure to FDA, USDA, SQF, AIB, customer audits, or third-party audit standards is a plus, but not required.

    Preferred Skills and Certifications

    Food manufacturing or bakery production experience preferred.

    FSMA or PCQI certification a plus, but not required.

    Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement exposure a plus.

    We are looking for a Bakery Office Manager at our Chandler, Arizona location. This role is the first impression and point of contact for calls, emails, and visitors. You will be responsible for ensuring front office operations run smoothly. This role provides accurate employee and operational records and serves as a key administrative partner to the Bakery General Manager, Human Resources, and Operations teams. You will play a critical role in maintaining organization, consistency, confidentiality, and employee support in a fast-paced production environment. Bilingual in English/Spanish is required for this position.

    Key Responsibilities:
