The Business Development Representative IV demonstrates proficiency as a solution selling expert, maintaining executive relationships with vendor and customer. Responsible for the complete sales cycle with an aim to maximizing revenue, net gross profits and customer satisfaction by developing deep relationships with key people in the supplier organization & partners. This role incorporates the vendor's full line card as well as TD SYNNEX offerings. Provide comprehensive solutions to customers by leveraging the combined strengths of the vendor and TD SYNNEX.
Act as a lead go-to person for sales personnel, providing support and guidance in dealing with customer inquiries, sales strategies, and business development opportunities.
Foster and maintain executive-level relationships with the vendor.
Collaborate with vendor executives to align strategies, discuss business opportunities, and strengthen partnerships.
Effectively communicate with internal executives to provide updates on vendor activities, discuss strategies, and align objectives.
Attend industry specific business trainings from vendors.
Seen as lead for peer development, training, & coaching; lead on complex issues.

What We're Looking For5+ years of relevant work experience preferred, with an associate's degree in business, marketing, or related fields preferred; high school diploma required.
Proficient in negotiation skills for a profitable profit and loss (P&L) and strong business acumen, leadership, and communication abilities.
Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management, negotiation, judgment, vendor pricing/programs, office skills, and sales processes.
Willingness to travel as required and ability to follow instructions, operate common office equipment, and perform accurate data entry.
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, with proficiency in verbal and written communication in English and local languages.
Ability to interact effectively with high-level management, negotiate persuasively, and collaborate across diverse identities.
