Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic testsDiagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditionsDevelop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare teamPrescribe medications and monitor patient response to treatmentProvide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and management of chronic conditionsCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of servicesParticipate in discharge planning for hospitalized patientsMaintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systemsWork Experience/Requirements:
Valid Nurse Practitioner licenseMaster's degree in nursing or related fieldStrong knowledge of medical terminology and coding practicesCurrent DEA registration if applicableSalary to be discussed during interview.
